Every time I received item it came smashed. They claimed to refund my money but they money has yet to be refunded to my account. Every time a representative responded via email their responses were replied by email at 2am and I never got items in time to give as Christmas gifts either. Horrible customer service

Customer Service could be more timely in responding to questions, issues and problems placing an order. Five days, despite phone messages. emails and chat, with no or incomplete results means there's room for improvement. I am very pleased with their catalog of a variety of Christmas themes (whimsical to traditional) and the quality of their merchandise. I've purchased about 20 items and am very pleased with the selection, pricing, timely delivery, packing, accuracy if descriptions, and quality if their merchandise. I'll be a repeat customer for certain.

Arrived as advertised, but sequencer does not work properly so some of the ‘animated’ effects do not work correctly. I would suggest that if you are considering purchasing this, reconsider.
