the twinkling light arches did not twinkle like the description said. I then purchased twinkling replacement bulbs for the same brand and they did not fit. I then tried to return them but I was unable to even though I had just received the item. I was told that due to the Christmas return policy that either I had to return before Christmas but I didn't receive the item until 12/21. I was very upset.

I ordered 66 total ornaments. Only 12 never showed up. And out of the remaining 54 only 13 were undamaged and usable. The others were either broken or scuffed and marred. Thre customer service dept has been so so in their timing handling this issue. I still have not received a return label or a refund for the ornaments that never showed up. This subpar quality for the product happened to me one other time in 2017. We will see how long they'll take to resolve this.

I recently purchased 2 gnomes from them. One arrived smashed and one never made it. To their credit they were very quick to replace the broken one and it arrived in great shape. They need to review their packaging techniques.
Now the bad. After 2 attempt at getting the other gnome it still never showed. I eventually asked for a refund and that took several more emails and finally an email through amazon pay to get it. They are quick to respond to your email saying they are going to take care of it but they have a VERY serious lack of follow through without you staying on them constantly.
Too bad, they have some nice looking items, but I will never order from them again. It's too much work and too much of a gamble.

I love my exterior lights!!! I looked everywhere locally and no one hd them except Christmas Central! I found other unique lights and amazing lighted Christmas tree star! Service was amazing. UPA lost my package and they sent one to me immediately so I had it for Christmas. I finally got the original package and they paid for the return.

Shipped broken ornaments. Took two days to respond to my inquiry and then said it was the warehouse's responsibility to follow up with me, which they never did. I had to keep checking back to get any response. Finally refunded my money the week after Christmas and told me I'd have to pay shipping to return other ornaments the same size I didn't use waiting on their response. The only shitty experience in all of Christmas came from Christmas Central. Totally awful company.
