We ordered some product from Christmas Central before Christmas which showed up damaged. We had trouble getting feedback and a RMA from Christmas Central so I posted an unsatisfactory rating here. Christmas Central subsequently reached out, explained the very high volume of orders, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered the RMA and a credit. They also reached out to me again after the holidays to make sure I was now happy with the resolution. We plan on giving them another shot based on their consistent follow up and concern about our customer service experience.

GLASS ORNAMENTS ARE HIGH QUALITY. HOWEVER, PACKING IS JUST HORRIBLE. ONLY ORNAMENTS PREPACKAGED IN MANUFACTURERS BOXES ARE SAFE. DIFFERENT KIND OF WRAPPING ON EACH ORNAMENT; SOME JUST PUT IN THE BOX WITHOUT PROTECTION.

The item I ordered and that was pictured on their website is not what I received. The colors were completely different. However, I did not wish to leave a poor rating simply because of the EXCEPTIONAL customer service that was provided by Heather O. Not only did she do everything in her power to have the warehouse locate the correct item (which unfortunately they didn’t have) but she communicated with me frequently. In a world where customer service is more often poor than good, this employee was outstanding. So even though I did not get the item I wanted this was an all-around great experience.
