Returned part of the order and it was received on 12/21. Still have not received the refund. Called on 1/3 and was told it would be refunded in the next couple of days but it’s now the 16th and still no refund. Will never order from Christmas Central again.

the twinkling light arches did not twinkle like the description said. I then purchased twinkling replacement bulbs for the same brand and they did not fit. I then tried to return them but I was unable to even though I had just received the item. I was told that due to the Christmas return policy that either I had to return before Christmas but I didn't receive the item until 12/21. I was very upset.
