Terrible experience. They took two weeks to ship a damaged Christmas tree that arrived too late for replacement. Package arrived severely damaged and product obviously a somewhat damaged return from another customer and of low quality. Returned with company permission almost a month ago. Emailed them twice for my refund but no response. They do not answer phone. Fortunately, purchased through Amazon Pay so eventually will get my money back

The order was send very quickly. To Germany it took just a few days. The Led-Candles where wrapped very good and the led-candles itself are most beautiful.
But to have things send from USA to Germany it makes it pretty expensive.

Products are good! My first order the shipping was messed up a little bit. The customer service was responsive and they made up for it. Prompted me to order a second item when the customer service was so good.

When I received my purchase, I was appalled at how poor the quality was. Arms were held on with toothpicks . the ratton was coming off , the ear of the bear was broken. You should be ashamed for selling merchandise like this.

I recently purchased this 21” White Glittered Christmas Tree Tea Light Candle Holder. It is lovely. The online picture does not do it justice. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. Thank you Christmas Central.this was so pretty on my table.

I have been searching all of the online Christmas stores for LED lights that fit into the accessory I'm making. Christmas Central is the only store who has it! Great prices and GREAT customer service!

A nice christmas window decoration. Well made and a good size. I like that it uses LEDs which I don’t expect to ever replace but they are replaceable. When first unboxed I didn’t think that it would look good from inside the house but once it was hung and turned on I was pleasantly surprised to see that it looked good from both outside and inside.
