I ordered 3 items; 1 was cancelled, 1 incomplete and missing items & 1 came in fine.
I got a refund forcthe cancelled item. But not for the wrong and incomplete one. Either I get the right item or refund me my money.

The ornaments I purchased from Christmas Central are absolutely gorgeous and such a great compliment to my other holiday decor. Very high quality at very reasonable pricing! Customer service could not have been more helpful resolving a shipping issue when one order was incomplete and damaged. Will order from CC again!

Shipping was fast despite the Canaduan postal strike, items as pictured, but was disappointed withone glass ornament being broken and feel it shoukd have been packed with more protection. Although I submitted a help request for replacement or refund and received a ticket number, I still have received no response and it has been over a week.

Very fast and efficient. Everything that I purchased worked well. I did have to tighten a couple lights but that’s just part of the game. Will be going through Christmas central again for next year
