I purchased two 100 Foot Red LED Christmas lights during a WalMart after Christmas sale. Other LED lights from the same company worked great, so I so not problem buying more for the next year. When I opened up the boxes just before the next Christmas the following year, the lights were defective, having several non functioning sections throughout each set. I called WalMart and they said it was too late to return the lights, so they referred me to Christmas Central. They said I could not get a $ 300 refund from them because I should have checked on them the previous year after I purchased the product. They offered credit for my purchase. In the meantime, we purchased replacement lights from WalMart so we could put the lights on our store. Both 100 foot lights were defective in the same way as the ones we discussed with Christmas central. We immediately took them back to WalMart for a full refund. I contacted Christmas Central and told them about our second bad experience with their lights. I discussed the idea that the manufacturer is having trouble seeing as how I purchased them one year apart and had the same problems. Christmas Central will not provide a refund but will give credit from their catalogs. We found nothing in their multitude of items that interested us except the lights. We are using our credit to get 2-100 Foot Rolls of Lights for our store. To date, we have been sent 10 boxes of defective lights. Each time, we send photographs to show them the malfunction. They keep telling us to throw the old ones away and they will extend credit to us. Seeing as how this is coming all the way from New York to Idaho, I am sure they are spending quite a pretty penny on shipping costs. Perhaps they get a discount on shipping like Amazon, but we will continue to use the credit on the Christmas Lights, and they will continue to send defective merchandise. I think they would have saved a bunch of money if they had sent us a refund instead of continually sending boxes and boxes of lights. I will keep playing the game if they want their profit to go towards shipping. This last set of lights was also defective with a total of six non-functioning sections on both sets of lights! Everything else may be fine with Christmas Central, but I wouldn't suggest getting 100 Feet of lights.

I am trying to replace some single color matte Christmas balls in the 3" size. Their color selection is VERY limited for a business calling itself Christmas Central.
