The order was processed in a timely manner and satisfactorily. All my orders were handled well that's why I continue to deal with this tbis company. However, I'm still waiting for my pink lights that were to be sent to replace the white ones sent in error in the order before this one. This excessive delay is not a good sign. .

All my order experiences with CC have been positive. The website is well organised and the offerings immense. Ordering is easy and fast. The free shipping ( available over the required $ amount spent) is an incentive to get all the pretty special lights one always wanted. Delivery is very fast. Items are packed well. The ornaments I received were very nice. I loved the quality of what I purchased. Not sure about the fox couple, the eyes aren't very attractive. I'm just going to purchase some at our local craft store. Other than that, excellent quality.

The way things were packed for starters. The gingerbread plaque was really too long for the box it was shipped in. It somehow managed to arrive not broken. However that can not be said for other items I ordered. Two of the four monogrammed bears had the stitching already coming undone on their legs. The peacocks head looked as if it had been broken off and glued back on. In fact you can see the white styrofoam ring where it was reattached. I will not be ordering from this company again.

What I ordered was a disappointment and not up to my expectations--not in its original box, no papers (instructions,warranty, packing sheet), no extra parts as stated in the item description, and it appeared to have been a possible return; however, the company made it "all better" by giving me several possibilities to remedy the situation---since the item was in good working condition, I opted for a partial refund (I don't have it yet---they said it would take several weeks. I hope they are true to their word!). Customer Service was very friendly and very willing to help out. I will probably do business with them again.

Product not as described. No refund - UNLESS I WANT TO PAY SHIPPING. I took only other option - shipping lable supplied, and store credit. Item returned and I have not recieved notice of them getting it yet.
