As an ornament collector and first time customer to Christmas Central, I wasn? sure what to expect since their prices were so reasonable compared to those in stores. The four ornaments I received are beyond my expectations: unique, beautifully crafted and just plain gorgeous! The packing was flawless. I? already placing things in my cart for my next order. Thank you!

One order I paid for 2-3 day shipping, I got it 6 days later. Another order, 2 lighted deer came in retaped boxes both with broken pieces. Returns shipped as new? Another order took weeks, backordered? Could have let me know.

Package took a long time to arrive, was not well protected.

I've ordered several times from them and each time have bought sets shatterproof ornaments. They have come in a box with no padding and have at least one broken ornament in each. I haven't tried to contact Christmas Central because I've always bought when they have a good sale so it doesn't seem like much of a loss.
