I am delighted with this company. The train I purchased went on sale two days after I purchased it and they honored the sale price, reimbursing the difference. Easy to order, easy to pay. Items arrived on time, but one of the ornaments was broke. The outside packaging was fine, and there was plenty of bubble wrap around the items in the box which makes it seem that the ornament was broke when packed for shipment or during their packing of it for shipment. Not worth returning. I'd still buy again.

I would of gave a five star rating, but the box I received the Xmas fiber optic tree in was obviously opened and taped up prior to it's arrival, as the electrical transformer was out of it's box and the box was torn open.

They have great products at low prices. However ordering a very large order..upon opeing the box it was mailed in. I was disappointed to see they had just thrown the trees in any where. some of the tree stands were missing and it will take time to sort it all out and see what belongs with what tree.
