I really liked and was pleased with the appearance of the the Christmas ornaments that I ordered and received, but I was disappointed that you failed to send one of the ornaments in the shipment. However, I contacted Christmas Central, and they did say they would take care of it.

I wanted to change my order and emailed the night I had placed the order and called several times during the next day there was no answer at the customer service office although they say they're open 24/7. I finally heard back from them several days later in an email and by then it was too late to change my order as it had already arrived. I feel that their customer service is almost non-existent. However the item was as described and I loved it

Products are good but their point system is all wrong. Tried twice to redeem them but the website did not credit my account. CSR did not help me; I asked to speak to supervisor and he email back what the supervisor said...nope, I want to speak with the supervisor.
