I wanted to buy a silver Santa tree topper. I ordered it online. Later on, I got a message that there was only one such Santa left and it was damaged. Then they offered me a discount on their products. I said It would take a gold Santa and since it was more expensive, they should charge the difference to my card. Apparently they couldn? do that and it took at least two more emails to convey that. Then I just wanted a refund and I did get that. I bought a silver Santa on Amazon.

Well... the site was a bit difficult to navigate. And when I? did find what was looking for, the photos were a bit low in quality. So I ordered the things I? needed... a bit over priced. I? got a notice saying my items had shipped, no tracking number, no other information. Nine days later call to ask about my order. Nice woman on the phone tells me it just got shipped and gives me the tracking number. I? was told it shipped 7 days prior, but... okay. She says it will get to me in one week. get home later and up shows my

Purple tinsel tree looked good except for stand . The picture that I ordered by had a metal stand . What we received was cheap plastic stand . From past and present experience I understand that you get plastic stands on smaller tinsel trees and lesser priced ones that are forty dollars and less . Tree was in good shape except for one broke bulb which we replaced
