On 10-28 I ordered 2, 6 packs of ornaments for a total of $52.98. On 11-02 I received only 2 ornaments with no explanation for why only 2 and not 12. I have spoken with Christmas Central who stated when the picker saw 2 she took it as being only 2 ornaments and not 2 packages (or 12 ornaments). She did say I should receive them by Friday, however, as of today I have received no notification that the rest of my ornaments have even been shipped yet.

This rating is due in large part to the young man who assisted me. Although very new to his position, the professional as well as POLITE meanor in which I was addressed was truly a throwback to years past and this is coming from a 58year old individual (not a 90 year old!). In today's world there appears to be a major valid in this area.

Prompt email confirmation of order along with follow up email when the items shipped was very helpful. Items received on time and in perfect shape. I thought there should be some padding of the figurine boxes but they (the boxes and figurines) arrived great.
