Will use next year. Look good.

Tree topper arrived with white lights instead of mulit-colored. I first sent them an email, but they did not respond. Then I opened an online chat. The male representative was great and advised they would send out the correct item soon, which was fine. The next day, the remainder of the order arrived. Unfortunately, 4 of the 12 shatter proof ornaments were shattered. This time, I called customer service. She did agree to credit me back for a third of the price. I have not seen this credit appear as yet but will give it a week before contacting them again. She also advised they would replace the incorrect item in about three weeks.

The items came as ordered, in the time they promised and nothing was damaged. I am very happy!

Ordering through Christmas Central was easy. I've ordered from Christmas Central before and that order is why I've come back to Christmas Central to purchase items again. This time, the package arrived in good order but wasn't packaged the way I would expect a breakable item to be packaged for shipment. When I opened the box, the item I purchased - a set of 100 mini lights - was in the box without anything protecting the bulbs from breakage. The company sending the product is called Vickerman - not Christmas Central - even though I purchased it through the Christmas Central website. The item ordered is very nice; a bit longer than I expected and the lights are spaced farther apart than other 100 light sets I've purchased at stores. I have not used them yet (although they all lit up when I tested the product). They will be packed away for use next year. The color of the lights are just what I'd hoped for - a soft amber color - and can't wait until Christmas 2017 to use them. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase and will purchase again through Christmas Central. I just wish this order had been packaged more securely.

Item was as described , packed well.

I love Christmas Central. It is my go to shopping place for all things Christmas. They never fail to please.

I was expecting better quality product for the price. One of the trees was just tossed in a box and shipped; no bag or protective packaging.

I received my items and they are more beautiful than their pictures were. I am very pleased.
