The product was advertised as 4" candle holders. I ordered a set of four, assuming they were for 4" wide candles. When they arrived, they wouldn't even fit 3" wide candles. Also, two of them arrived broken and I had to glue the pieces back on.

I bought some beautiful blue ornaments to add to our tree decor (blue/silver) for next year. These items were on sale at the end of the season. They arrived very quickly, were packed very nicely. They are absolutely beautiful and will add to our tree design for next year. I was disappoinited by this store because they listed the item I wanted as available and in fact it was never really available. After a week of waiting for shipping, I had to call them and get my money back. One, item availability should be accurate and two they should have returned my money without me having to call them.

The products are excellent and the sales prices unbelievable. But the packing and shipping department need a little fine tuning. One of my items was incorrectly fulfilled. Customer Service was excellent, however, and is shipping me the correct item. No harm, no foul.
