I only received a part of my order. I ordered 200 lights. Only received 100. There was no packing slip in the package. I called customer service and they said they would send out the other 100 lights. I appreciate their doing that. thank you. Carolyn Ivey

Pictures are deceiving. Tree is not as it appears online. Fiber optic is okay, but tree is not really made well. It is not sturdy in base. Tree looks best in dark with fiber optic on. Would not purchase anther Christmas Tree online.

I had a 20% coupon via email to enter in key word. It did not deduct the amount so I emailed them right away. They have yet to contact me. not poor but no customer service. I will use other sites from now on.

I paid extra for 3 day shipping - ordered the items on a Saturday and was told they would ship out on Monday, and I would have them by Thursday. On Tuesday, I realized that I hadn't gotten notice that my items had shipped yet and called Customer Service. They said they'd check with the warehouse and get back to me. Waited until the following day (Wednesday) and called Customer Service again. I told them that I was promised to have the items in hand by Thursday, and that they would now have to refund my extra shipping charges or ship them overnight. They ended up sending the items 2-day shipping, and I received them on Friday. I decided to settle for that and not go through any more hassle. Bottom line: If you are in a hurry for an item and pay for expedited shipping, don't assume that you will receive it in a timely manner. You need to follow up with these people - their warehouse is extremely slow. If I hadn't called, who knows when they would have gotten around to processing my order.
