I placed an order for 6 items. Four of them arrived, two did not. I sent two emails to the company from their website with no response. I finally called. One of the two 'lost' items was out for delivery. They had to reorder the last item because it had not shipped. It was the biggest and largest of all the items, a 50' x 10" Pre-lit Commercial garland. How it got missed is beyond me. But it should arrive in a week. It was supposed to be part of our outdoor Christmas decorations, but at this point, it is too bitter and cold to try installing it this year. Maybe next! .

I ordered an outdoor Christmas decoration with 3 day expedited shipping on a Monday. On Thursday the order still had not been shipped. I called Christmas Central and asked why was the order not fulfilled? The representative checked and the decoration was in stock they just didn't ship it. The representative did reimburse some shipping charges for the missed shipping date. And the order did finally arrive 5 days later. But time was was of the essence for the decoration to be up in my yard that's why I was willing to pay for expedited shipping. I probably will not order from them again. Thank you.
