Most of the order was fine. One item in my order was very carefully bubble-wrapped already broken. It could not have broken in shipping, there was an obvious missing piece of the design. A search of the website revealed no simple way to request an exchange. Live chat is an option. I initiated a chat, got a greeting, typed in my issue, and waited. No reply. I checked to hours during which customer service is available and found that I had initiated my chat just a few minutes before customer service closed for the day. I don't hang up on my customers at closing time or walk away during a conversation. Maybe the anonymity of an online interaction makes that acceptable to some, not to me. I will not do business with this company again.

I ordered some wreath hooks for my windows on 11/28/2016. I have not received them. I have called them twice and left a message to call me back. No call. Also, when you try to wait for customer service, they keep you holding forever. I would like to get my money back. Wayne Williams
