Ordered on the 3rd and paid 3 day shipping so I would have Thursday the 8th when it was needed--- They sent a redelivery correction notice on the 8th and did not ship till the 8th ( I assume) and as of this morning when I left had not arrived-- I sent a reply when they notified me of a delivery correction on the 8th and I sent a reply expressing my extreme dissatisfaction and suggested they hire more processors but they never replied-- They should have covered my shipping at least-- Have not had time to complain the CS yet... will do after I do receive the product...

They use UPS Mail Innovations which is terrible. They are located in Buffalo, NY and I am 200 miles directly South of that in PA. However my package went every which way East & West of me (example: from Buffalo to Ohio - to NJ - to 200 miles West of me in PA - then finally to me). It took quite a while to get. Called Customer Service - they agreed is was ridiculous but could only offer sending out another package the same way if I didn't get it soon. Also, the system never actually gives you an estimated delivery date so you don't know if it is running late or not.

We bought a "National Tree" fiber optic tree and it was delivered when promised. It folded out nicely. Our previous tree was the same brand; it lasted 7 years, but got warped in attic storage this last summer.
