I received a wrong size stand for the tree. They wouldn't send a different one so had to cancel order. I was to get a return label 2 days back but nothing so far. As per return policy items needs to reach them before Christmas to get total refund, but nothing so far on the return label so unable to send item back.Called them twice and got same reply.

The product I received was not the color advertised and pictured. I called customer service and was told there was no guarantee of color. Therefore, I was required to pay the return shipping of $18.
