My order has arrived piecemeal fashion, so far 3 shipments, but it isn't costing me any extra for that and the products are nice. The wire frame lighted gift boxes for outdoor display were somewhat inadequately packed and got slightly misshapen when the box was crushed in on one side. Luckily, they bent back into shape and work perfectly now. I hope that the ornaments for my tree fare better. So overall it's quite a mix of the good and the disappointing.

I did my homework regarding their delivery time prior to placing my order. The site indicated a 3-4 day delivery time. I placed my order on December 7th, and it was many days before I could get any information regarding the status of my order. When I was finally able to access that information I found that my order wouldn't be delivered until December 19th. Considering that these are Christmas Tree ornaments, their late arrival is thoroughly disappointing. Had I known that it would've gone like this, I would definitely have ordered from Amazon.

Order takes longer than expected to arrive. Expect it in 3-5 days, actually takes almost two weeks. Two items (Christmas ornaments) arrived with the hangers either broken off or non-existant. Would still order from them, since the values are great, just being wary of the slow shipping.

The 2x18" Buffalo Fir Wall Tree did not look as advertised on the website. Even fluffing it out did not make it look as full as the one online. Two of the silver ornaments had noticeable manufacturing cracks along the base. Three of the teal ornaments had dark spots where the paint did not take. Two of the gold finial ornaments were poorly spray painted and had spots all over the back. Shipping took longer than the 2-7 days, more like over two weeks. Items were sent with no bubble wrap, just packaged in thin plastic boxes. The gold finials were just thrown in the box loose. The packaging slips did indicate what was in the box and what was being shipped separately.

Nice products, timely service, but... I ordered a bunch of glass ball christmas ornaments. They were packaged poorly -- a box within a box within a box, and a bit of bubble wrap -- and several arrived broken. Seems like a christmas ornament store would have the shipping thing down by now.

The bullbs and ornaments were not irridesant as stated and the ones i diid receive had large black spots from manufacturing I did not return them but would never use them again nor tell friends anything positive about the company

Ordered two Christmas trees. Returned both trees for various reasons. Did online chat multiple times. Very helpful. Refunds took a few days longer than I hoped but all in all a good shopping experience. Too bad I didn't like the trees.

The wrong nutcracker was sent. I contacted the company. The responded quickly. The nutcracker that I ordered was no longer in stock. I was told to just keep the one that I was sent, and that I would be credited for the original nutcracker. This was very satisfactory.
