Item arrived damaged. It was double boxed, with damage only to inner box and item, so it clearly was shipped in this condition. Last order I'll ever place with christmascentral.com.

Placed three orders here this season. First order, an item arrived broken. I left a message through the website, and it took weeks to get a reply. They are replacing the broken item though, so that's good. Then on the second and third orders, I had a problem I needed fast help with. So I emailed AND called, leaving a voice message because it was just before 6pm. I never heard back, from the email or the voice call. So although they did eventually get in touch with me, it took far too long. And I still have a negative feeling about this vendor, which will carry on for many seasons to come. Note to sellers: If you have a voicemail, and if you have an email address or form, please check it and respond to customers.

Customer service did not return emails or phone calls. Currently have 2 issues. Paid for expedited shipping...Did not get it. Also have 2 white trees....2 footers. Received in with a large batch order of trees... Previous order...Had no feet. Can you help? Running a tabletop tree business. Here and list my sale because they shipped late

I was able to purchase Hanukkah lights and decorations (some of which I didn't know existed) and for a fair price. The shipping was right on time. I'm very pleased.
