I order 6.25" snowflakes - a last minute purchase. received 3.75" snowflakes. arrived on thursday, for a project I was doing on friday. had to use them because of time issue. when i was finally able to contact christmas central the following monday, because i had thrown away the packing slip, there was nothing they could or would do. all i was asking for was shipping costs refunded, since what they sent was something that i could have picked up at my local walmart. person i spoke with said they couldn't and wouldn't do anything, especially refund shipping. I will not purchase from this store.

I have always been pleased with everything I have gotten from Christmas Central. I always find what I want, at a good price, and it arrives quickly and in good condition. It was so great when I discovered that they sold decorations for all holidays. They are the only place I go to get my decorations regardless the holiday. I would be lost without them.

Ordered an item on Monday, paid the extra charge for three day service, did not get my item until the following Monday. I understand that this is a busy season, but if my item wasn't going to get here for a week I WOULD NOT have pay for expedited service. When I spoke to customer service she was dismissive and basically told me too bad.
