The Christmas window swags that I ordered are beautiful and just what I wanted. Thanks for the 20% off, too. They arrived promptly and I will be using them next Christmas. :)

I ordered 5 ornaments. Four ornaments arrived with only one of them wrapped to protect it. The rest were jumbled together in the box, and one was broken.. Only two of those four ornaments were ones I had ordered. When I called Customer Service, the lady was very nice and checked and said she didn't understand why I had been sent the wrong ornaments, as their computer showed the right ones were still in stock. She also said the 5th ornament had been broken before shipping, and she said the packing department had noted that they had sent me an email about it not being available. I had no emails in my inbox or junk folder except the order confirmation and the status change to shipping emails. Since those two made it to me, I think if the other had been sent, it would have also. She said she would reorder my two ornaments and have them sent by 2 day delivery UPS, as I needed them for Christmas. I think she tried, but the box arrived today, and there was only one ornament in it. At least this one is one I ordered. I still do not know if the other ornament is on its way, or if there was a problem which I have not been notified about yet. I ordered 5 ornaments, and I have received 3 of them so far, plus two that were not ordered, one of which was broken. The only good thing so far was that the Customer Service lady was very nice, even if the company did not follow through with appropriate actions and send me what I had ordered.

Easy Peasy to order and have delivered as a present.

I only received half of my order. The two boxes promised had the same UPS Tracking numbers. In the only box I received, there was no packing slip. They sent an email saying that they oversold for the season. They took money out of my account for things not shipped. I could have used it to get other ornaments for my tree; instead, it was only half-full of decorations and looked bad. They said they were crediting my account but it was for only half what they owed me. I had to email an explicit table detailing what I was given and what was missing. They refunded another amount of money but they were still short. I will never buy from them again. All they had were excuses and were unprofessional. They have horrible business practices.

I ordered a snow globe, order #116826. When it arrived it had frozen and broke. I have sent two emails in the last two weeks only to be ignored, since I haven't received a reply. I won't be purchasing from them again. Nor will I recommend them to family or friends. Carrie Hutton
