I would rate this vendor as 5 stars if their system did not duplicate tracking numbers in the email received by customers. I placed 2 orders during the 2016 holiday season. Confirmation email for both orders showed duplicate tracking numbers. It seems most orders are sent in multiple boxes. On each order I did not receive the correct tracking number for one of the boxes.

I placed an order I wanted ASAP on a Sunday but it didn't get shipped until Wednesday and then only because I contacted Customer Service, who sent a ship request. Not very good performance on your part.
