I contacted Christmas Central because one tracking number was not valid. They immediately gave the correct tracking number over the phone. Very polite and helpful.

I have since decided to keep the order, but I originally was going to return it. I contacted customer service via email because there wasn't any return info included with the shipment. I never heard back, hence the terrible rating.

Contacted customer service and asked how quick was their next day service. Was told will send item next business day. Placed an order but package never arrived next day. Needed package next day. Contacted customer service and ask what happened to deliver. Was advised item was "in waiting status". Told operator was furious with their service and canceled the order. They ruined my Christmas plans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
