The customer service chat was very helpful while I was shopping and helped me select the correct item.

The web site is easy enough to get around on. The order arrived on time and was packaged fine. No issues.

My first and last order from this company was delivered without all the parts. I talked to service dept. and she promised part would be delivered ASAP. SIILL NOT HERE. Besides the picture on the web looks nothing like the real thing. Sorry I spent my $$$$,s on it.

My order last Christmas was only a partial shipment; customer service did not respond until late January, and then shipped the wrong product, at which point I gave up. But ordered the same items this holiday season, and it arrived quickly and correctly.

2/3 of my order arrived. I called customer service since I only received 2/3 my order and they had an issue with adding the tracking number and the label was cut off.. I still do not have an updated tracking number and my items that arrived broken still have not been credited to my account. Not sure if I will ever order from this company again.
