When I received the box with what I thought was the complete order, there was only 1 item included in the shipment. There was no packing slip or information given to let me know anything about the 2nd item. I called the customer service line after waiting 2 days for a second box. After waiting for about 20 minutes on hold in the #1 spot in the queue, I opted to leave a voice message rather than continue to wait on hold. No one ever called me back. The second item finally arrived a couple of days after I called.

I purchased eight packages of "classic jingle bell ornaments" for a total of $23. I bought them to put on my Christmas trees to let me know if the cats were misbehaving. I called customer service because the jingle bells were filled with seeds or something that barely made a noise--no "jingle." In my opinion, "classic jingle bell ornaments" should jingle. I was told that I could return them but I would have to pay for the return shipping. I feel that they misrepresented this item in their description and they should assume full cost for returning the item. It will probably be around $8 (estimate) to ship. They sent me a return label and will deduct the shipping charges from my return. NOT FAIR!
