Multiple items in my nearly $500 order; charged for all items at time of order on 09/23/2016. Order arrived in multiple boxes with several incorrect items, and with several ordered items missing and still not received as of 10/10/2016; items poorly packed and some broken. Contacted Customer Service on 10/10/2016 and was provided with an excuse that they had changed computer systems; staff could not tell me where my missing items were or when I should receive them. I was asked to take a photo of the damaged items, which I did and sent it via E-mail to the Customer Service staff, with a request for a refund for that part of the order since the quality was so shoddy, packing was so poor, and I'd only received three pieces of the six-pack I'd paid for at nearly $75.. I was promised that the refund would be processed on 10/10/2016, but there is no refund showing in my PayPal account after close of business today. This was my first order from Christmas Central and it will definitely be my last one.

I ordered 3 48" wreaths. They arrived in 36" boxes. I missed the little deceiving ditty on there website that says you have to stretch out the branches to make it measure 48". I would have to pay for return shipping if I wanted a refund. Not worth it!!!!
