Christmas Central is so-so at best. Long time to get order. (Over a week) Couldn't track it, because numbers did not work. Emailed them about tracking not working. Sent me 2 new tracking numbers. When I was finally able to track order, it arrived. Not that much savings. Guess Amazon spoiled me with better prices, tracking and delivery. Give it a 'C'. Won't shop there again.

My tree arrived, i opened box to find tree stand not on the box as advertised. Quality control must be a thing of the past. Tried customer serbise but they were alreadt6closed will try again tomorrow. Very disappointed.

Of the ball ornaments I ordered and received, about half of the 2" pink balls came broken. I decided it wasn't worth the hastle of notifing you and asking for a replacement, so I have destroyed the paper work (actually there was no paper work in that box), packing materials and box.
