Although I was disappointed the item was lost in shipment and is no longer in stock, Christmas Central contacted me and offered very fair refund terms (100% refund or 110% store credit). I rated Christmas Central five stars despite not receiving the item due to their fair handling of the situation, despite the delivery issue being beyond their control, with no effort on my part. I would purchase from this merchant again.

The reason I rated them good instead of excellent is because their shipment was slow. I had trouble with the product I ordered and I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and shipped me a new item.

I tried to purchase 2 different mermaid ornaments, but system only showed one available. After I submitted order for the one, the system then showed the other ornament available. I contacted CS to ask them to add the second ornament to the order so that I would not have to pay double shipping ($7 for a $7.99 item) and was told it could not be done.
