My order # S-262163, was received defective in that the flag was broken off at the roof top when I opened it. I have sent 2 e-mails to cust service but no response. This Lemax Carnival Ticket Booth should be REPLACED asap! Thanks!

The candles were not the color shown, and one could barely tell the difference between when they were lit and when they were not. Nevertheless, my refund was only a little more than one half of the purchase price, after the Seller deducted for shipping. Also, the refund was very slow to arrive. The candles were purchased toward the end of December, and returned shortly thereafter. The refund was received in March.

They do not include return instructions with the order, I had to contact customer service. I emailed customer service and they did get right back to me with return instructions and address. They will give you a shipping label for return if you take store credit - if you want a refund you have to pay for shipping yourself, wasn't crazy about that but I guess if it's not a really big company they have to do that. However, they should have that information included on the receipt and not make you contact them to find out how to return something.

The UPS tracking number supplied by the store was never recognized by the UPS website tracking mechanism. The package eventually showed up in a reasonable amount of time, so everything was okay in the end. I just couldn't tell where it was or when it would arrive. I don't know if that was a UPS problem or the store.
