Very quick arrival. Bottom of trunk had some minor shipping damage which I easily straightened with a pair of Channellocks. Not worth a claim.

Would have been nice to receive communication about the ship date so package could have been tracked. Item arrived safely and in good condition.

Both outdoor items were put together wrong. I had to take them apart carefully, and put them back together to get them to work.

I can see why this snowflake was on sale; it is beautiful from a distance, but, up close, it is not securely fastened together and I am concerned about it's longevity. the "cloth/silver mesh" is pulling away from it's edges and taping may turn yellow over time. Glue it? one other thing to consider, if you plan to put this in your window, it is only "finished" on one side, that is, it has only one "face" to show off, the other side from the silver is plain cardboard -like ,so guests from inside will see the "ugly" belly. at night, facing front, the lights are warm glowing.
