I ordered an $800.00+ area rug on 11/8 and received a receipt. My credit card was charged. I then received a message from Amanda that the item was no longer available but 2 1/2 hours later received an email that the rug had shipped with a tracking number for the USPS. One of the two communications was a blatant lie. I did call and the person apologized but couldn't explain charging me for a rug that was clearly never available and then sending me a message with a tracking number that could not possibly ever have existed if the item was never in stock. I should not have been charged without having the money applied to merchandise. I was refunded on 11/13. This is a terrible way to run a business, dishonest, and bordering on fraudulent. By the time I realized the rug really hadn't been shipped (as I thought Amanda's message was sent in error), the rug was sold out at several other stores I had considered buying from. I would never do business with them again!

Part of the order was missing, but when contacted they tried to rectify asap. Unfortunately they could not. However, they refunded for the undelivered items within days. All in all, while not a perfect experience it was still good, hence the four stars

santa arrived early,,, am assuming it is the same quality as the mrs. santa as I haven't had time to set it up as of yet. I have shopped with CC for years and have always been pleased with the quality of their products and instant resolution of questions when customer service contacted.
