My order was shipped in a timely manner and was well packaged. All bulbs light up, 2 bulbs were missing the water to make them bubble. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped replacement bulbs free of charge. I am very happy with my purchase.

Only one item in my order was not sent, but the company contacted me explaining that the item was out of stock. They asked me what my preference was: (1) order it again and it would be sent once it was re-stocked or (2) request a refund. I chose #2 and they refunded the amount to my account within three days k of contacting me. All other items were delivered as originally promised and arrived in good shape and well-packaged.
