Got a tracking notification that my item would arrive on a certain day. Did not arrive, wasted day off work for nothing for me and the handyman that was supposed to hang the mirror. After 4 days called freight company and they tell me that they can not deliver the item until the freight is paid for. Tell me to call the warehouse where the shipping originated. Called the warehouse/distribution center (Utter something) and they tell me, and I quote: "We do not have an account with Christmas Central or the freight company"??????? Really? Call Christmas Central, on hold for twenty minutes representative comes back on and supposedly they straightened out the problem. Called the freight company back and they can not deliver it and we can not go pick it up. Canceled order . Disputed charges on Amex. Will never order anything from this company again. I would give it a worse than terrible if I could.
