I contacted customer service via live chat as I had a couple questions about online items as well as the return policy. The customer service rep was extremely knowledgeable and in no way tried to sell or up sell me. The clock is spectacular and Christmas Central was fantastic. The clock arrived on the day they quoted. I contacted their Customer Service because I was unable to track the delivery. The representative was knowledgeable and able to give me the tracking nimber and the delivery date-both were accurate.

Customer service gave me incorrect info that the shipping company would contact me to arrange delivery (a 32 tree order to a church) fortunately I was able to contact them in time to arrange for helpers to unload the truck.
