Online ordering was easy. Customer support was knowledgeable and helpful. However, my order didn't have a packing/invoice slip in it & I had the wrong item. I did contact customer support and decided to keep the item I had received because I liked it better than what I ordered. They also offered to discount my order and refund me 20%. This shows they care about their customers and their customers being happy. I would shop with them again or recommend them.

We ordered two pre-lit trees one 4' and one 10'. The 4' arrived and was not as described on the website. It had 50 less lights than advertised. I contacted the company and they offered a 20% additional discount for us to keep the tree. We accepted that so we didn't have to deal with a return shipment even though we were still paying more than a local store. At that time, we asked about the second tree and they said it was shipping from a different warehouse and they couldn't give us any info about it. About 3 weeks past and the big tree never arrived. We contacted the company and after some time they determined that the tree was out of stock. They told me they were issuing a full credit. They should have communicated this weeks prior. I mentioned that they were a Google trusted store and I would be letting Google know I was extremely unhappy with the company and the transaction. They didn't have anything to offer. However, later in the day I received an email from a manager offering a more expensive tree at the same cost if we wanted to go that route. We accepted the offer and received the upgraded tree.It arrived a day after the family decorated for Christmas. They didn't communicate the big tree was out of stock when the order was placed or when we called in about the other tree. That is poor business and was very frustrating. However, the company took care of the situation and I would use them again. If I do I will check on the order every couple of days.

Paid for expedited shipping, and per website all expedited orders are shipped next business day, but it was not shipped until 5 days later. After talking to csr, they partially refunded shipping, but package did not arrive when I needed it to even though csr said it would, and I could not give the present on time. Also, online order was for 4 photo frames, and only received two. Csr gave partial refund. In the end, I will never use this website again.

The shopping experience was good and I found what I wanted. I ordered it on Monday night and needed it for my anniversary on Sunday. Because of this I choose to pay more for shipping than the actual product to get 2 day delivery. This was the week of Thanksgiving so I knew there would be no delivery on Thursday, but figured it would get there on Friday or the latest Saturday. I called on Wednesday when I did not yet have a tracking number and was told that it would be 2 business days from the time they decided to get it to FedEx. That I probably would not see it until the next Monday or Tuesday. Which is what happened, I got it on the following Monday - an entire week after I ordered it even though I paid a lot extra for it 2 day. If you count only business days it still took 4 days. I guess I'm spoiled by the likes of Amazon who get your order to you in 2 days if you order it that way.
