Product looked like it had been returned by another customer. Packaging looked like it had been opened before. "Squeeks" when on. Too close to Christmas to go through a lengthy return process.

In the past I have gotten excellent service from Christmas Central, and I understand maybe things are more hectic this time of year. But I did not receive what I ordered. I got some mixed ornaments rather than the all white ones I ordered.

I will never order from this company EVER again. I placed an order online friday 11.22.2013 On Monday 11.25.2013 I called to cancel the order before it shipped since I would not be needing the lights. Not spending the holidays at home due to a death in the family. When I called in to cancel the order, I was told that I was not able to cancel or make changes to my order once the order was placed. I would have to receive the shipment, and return it if I did not want the product. Then I was told I would have to receive the package, ship it back on my own dime and pay a 10% restocking fee. Pay a 10% restocking fee for an order that had not left the warehouse? This call was on monday 11.25.2013 my order shipped two days later on 11.27.2013. I manage a retail store for a living, I know that dealing with the public can be trying at times, and holiday time is the most stressful time of the year. But, if I treated my customers this way - I would NOT have any.
