I can only imagine how intense and challenging it is to work at Christmas Central this time of year. I had a delay in shipment of my order which threatened my having a key décor element for the event I'm putting on. My conversation with the customer service manager got my order on the right track and I'm extremely grateful for her courteous attitude and service during what must be an incredibly stressful time for her and her staff.

My product was not acceptable. The lights on the pre-lit tree were all bunched into one section of the tree. Other sections were completely blank - no lights at all. It looked terrible. I've sent 4 emails and made two phone calls to the company. They have not responded to any of them (and it has been 14 days since my first communication).

I received a defective bubble light (one out of a string of seven) but customer service was excellent, sent a free 3 bulb replacement pack out in only two days. I am a happy camper and I will be ordering again.

Order cancellations not allowed, part of order arrived broken, 2 days and still no response from the customer service regarding exchange. It took them 4 days to ship the order, via snail mail and this was not a free shipping order...
