They had what I wanted and it arrived on time. A great selection to choose from, much more than in a retail store.

Had issue with faulty fuse- lights were not working-section not lighting. Customer service noted to check fuse, I changed fuse lights operated. I did not want to risk the fuse possibly going out again once on tree-THESE WERE BRAND NEW LIGHTS JUST RECD. only to discover the fuse was not working. Your customer service was not going to exchange/replace the $24.00 set and so I had to purchase an additional set myself AND BEST OF ALL PAY SHIPPING ON IT!!!!! I explained that if these lights went out over the holidays, I would not have a replacement on hand, hence the additional line purchase.

They gave me a tracking number that never worked on the fed ex site. So , I wasn't sure when my order was coming.
