Replacement bulbs that I ordered were smaller than expected. I really wanted a next size up. There was no "easy" return label in the package nor directions for returning an item.

Very deceptive I ordered these ornaments 2 yrs ago and had them personalized by the seller....this ad was deceptive it said personalized but then in small print , which I did not see at the time of ordering, it says YOU have to personalize. They said I couldn't return them until after I received them (they would cancel order even though not shipped) so I would have to pay shipping and a 10% restock fee....won't use them or recommend them.

It was almost impossible for me to get a status on my order. I placed my order on 11/14 and still have not received it as of today. I made multiple calls over several days for a status update. Was treated rudely by one of the sales associates when I asked when my order would ship out when I called on 11/20 since a confirmation had not been sent. I would not do business with this company again. They have inflated prices over other sites and the customer service is either not properly staffed to deal with the order volumes or need to be properly trained in customer service skills. Jackie was very helpful when she can be reached. She is the only manager in the building and is being sent in 20 directions where she can not follow-up on all the requests she receives to understand what is happening with orders.
