I do not like their return policy and once you place the order you cannot cancel it even though you attempt to cancel right after the order is placed. Being a person with a past of two successful stores due to outstanding customer service. In my opinion they are not interested in repeat business and will eventually fail. I do not recommend them.

I ordered almost $3,000 worth of holiday decorations for two restaurants I was hired to decorate in downtown Seattle, Washington. In the entire order, only one item arrived broken. I called customer service, and Scott B. was happy to issue an immediate reship on the broken item. I'm very pleased with the customer service I received, and will definitely buy from Christmas Central again!

One of the 4 items I ordered did not work. I emailed them the order number and that I needed a replacement. I have not heard from then yet.
