My package came damaged a couple days before Christmas. A section of lights went out in about 10 minutes. I reached out to the company and send them pictures showing how the item arrived, they did tell me I could return the item, however it had to be within 48 hours. Since it was the holiday I was not able to return it within the timeframe given. The box also came completely damaged so I would have needed to find a large enough box to return the tree. I'm not upset with the response time of the company, but I do wish they would offer a discount for having a damaged tree especially since I paid over $350 for it. I don't think a 48 hour window is enough to return an item.

The ordering process was easy. However, UPS delivered the second part of my order to the USPS. The USPS delivery person left my package at the foot of my front stairs IN A POURING RAIN STORM instead of leaving it on the top of my stairs under the eaves. The packaging was destroyed and one of the candelabra boxes inside was damaged somewhat.
