The appearance is gorgeous, and they have the features for the room that I want them for; totally what I've been searching on the internet for hours. Honesty about unboxing will not match pictures. I can see how some people might expect the pre-fluffed appearance out of the box

product was fine but ordering process, shipping info was mis-stated, inquiry on order status was total waste of time. Product was not received when it was scheduled the response to inquiry was "in prep for shipping, will advise when shipped" which was never received.
