The buying experience was excellent. Shipping took about a week. I bought two 9 foot prelit battery operated garlands and a 36" prelit battery operated wreath. Packaging was terrible. It came in a huge box that was too small for the wreath, so it came pretty bent. My husband was able to use a mallet to get it more round and less eliptical as well as to lay mostly flat. There was no packaging material, air packets, paper wrap, peanuts, just items tossed in a poorly chosen box. My items work and look nice on my mantel, so I am happy about that. I am unsure whether I would buy again. I should not have to hammer my item into the correct shape. It should have come in a correctly sized box and been packaged correctly. And if it had been something more delicate, I don't feel confident it would arrived in good shape. So it's a maybe. I like my items, they work and look good, buying was easy. It's just the shipping really that was the issue.

Ordered a $250.00 plus item for Christmas on Dec. 14. They cancelled order due to "shipping damage" (according to them) and neglected to tell me. Called on Dec22 and got someone in India. Terrible company!

The packing department manager clearly needs to be replaced. I've received items that were damaged because they weren't even wrapped - just thrown in the box. I received used boxes with missing corners and of course, missing items. Seriously, what quality company would pack items in a used box from China with a missing corner? Instead of all items for one order arriving in a single box, they pack various items from various orders into the same box so you have to keep track of what came and what didn't for each order - what a nightmare! The best part of Christmas Central is their Customer Service Department - both times that I called, the folks were very helpful. But packing and shipping - less than 1 star and so many missing items. Part of one order scheduled to arrive on 12/14 never came so on 12/21 had to call & cancel it.
