After emailing you for a return label, I had to call, and after interrogating me as to why I requested a return label for over 15 minutes, I had to ask to speak to a manager, I was in shock as to the level of poor customer service.

Bought 4 boxes of Candle Driveway Lights. No issues with the lights; they work fine and are exactly what I expected. Problem was that the 4 boxes evidently were shipped at different times.Received 3 different shipments (1 box on one day, one box 3-4 days later, last 2 boxes a week after that). These were not big boxes, small enough to fit in a mailbox. Don't understand why all couldn't be shipped at same time/ Otherwise, product is fine.

I was not totally satisfied with the croton plant because I didn’t think it looked like the picture onsite. I placed it where I want it and it looks okay. I did send a complaint and it was handled immediately and respectfully. I would probably order from them again.

Damaged pieces due to poor packaging. Christmas Central was great about telling their supplier about the problem. They sent a second one and it was even worse. Santa’s packages were damaged and the pipe for the legs was two different lengths. Don’t even understand how anyone knew where to deliver it cause box was so damaged. Not a good experience!

The order was super delayed and the customer service people are giving different and conflicting information for the delivering date and time. I paid $800 for expedite order and it turns out the order didn’t even mark as urgent. I tracked my order for 5 days and called everyday to make sure it delivers. Super hard to reach the manager!!! Horrible service!!!! Never again.

I loved the variety of outdoor Christmas decorations to choose from. And even factoring in the exchange rate and shipping to Canada they price was pretty reasonable. My original shipment was missing some items, but a couple of emails later they sent out another shipment that arrived complete. Thanks for making it right and helping me decorate for my favourite time of year!

ALL OF THE BOXES WERE DAMAGED IN SOME WAY. I PLUGGED EACH IN AND THEY APPEAR TO BE LIGHTING AS THEY SHOULD, BUT YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER BETTER WRAPPING.
