This is the second time ordering this product with the same results. First time I ordered through target but was fulfilled by Christmas central, product came and was just thrown in a box and shipped so I returned. Second time I received the the product shipped directly from Christmas central same thing. Item was sent in a box that looks like it has been used over and over. Item was secured haphazardly. Would like to return again but I’m concerned that I will receive another that looks like it has been used and put back in box. No I will never order anything again from Christmas central

I ordered a number of things and the items that came as a set were in the manufacturing package so they were fine. The items I ordered that were individually sold came unwrapped with dozens of items loosely packed into a large box. Several items were damaged and they sent a few of the wrong items. I ordered a dozen of one ornament and one 1 was good. Unfortunately with the return policy they refused to refund the price of the one good one unless I wanted to pay to ship it to them with a restocking fee on top of shipping.
Terrible customer service, and what I would consider to be an extremely unreasonable return policy (btw you have 3 business days from receiving your product to return or it’s all sales final). If you’re looking for high quality products, this is not the place for you.

I ordered a Christmas tree on 5 August with 2-day shipping. The web site said most orders ship within a couple business days.
There were no email updates saying the order had shipped or any tracking information provided. My order status said that the order was still being fulfilled as of the morning of 14 Aug. I called on the 14th to cancel the order. After speaking with her supervisor, the customer rep told me the tree had already been shipped and would arrive that same day. I received an email after the call saying my order had shipped.
I will not be ordering from Christmas Central again, due to their inability to provide shipping and tracking updates.

This is my second order or the led 100count red, white and blue lights and some of them again have partial lights not working. I will no but anymore if a replacement of 2 of the strands of lights are not offered as replacements. I will wait and see what transpires . If I don’t get replacements I probably won’t buy this specific product again.
