I have still not heard if I'm going to get a replacement shipment of the damaged order of clay pots. If I don't hear from them in the next day or two, I will start a claim for my money back through my credit card. Funny enough I've received several requests for me to rate them and I've ignored that, instead requesting for someone to reply PERSONALLY -- not with an automatic form letter to my complaint. Now, on their third or fourth request for a review from me, I'm writing one with the lowest rating possible. If I someday receive a new, completely undamaged shipment of my order, I will retract this one star and give them more.

Everything was extra great accept you never sent the code for the signing up for the newsletter and thus, I was unable to receive the 10% discount. Twice an employee told me the code would arrive in 24 hours. Both times it never did.

I was so pleased to discover Christmas Central and would highly recommend them. I needed a few 6 inch Christmas balls to complete a project and was disappointed to find Amazon, Hobby Lobby and many of the larger craft suppliers I usually purchase from were asking ridiculously high prices; anywhere from $19.00-$39.00 per ball! Found the EXACT same thing on Christmas Central for 1/4 the price with a much wider selection. Package arrived well within the promised delivery date. Much appreciated was the care that went into packaging to avoid damage. As an avid crafter year round and someone always looking for something new to try, I will now turn to Christmas Central for all my craft supplies. Thank you Christmas Central employees for a wonderful experience as a first time customer!
