I ordered 2 Tulip Glider Chairs for my patio. They were quickly delivered & exactly what I wanted. When I started assembling one, I thought a piece was missing. I called your shop & your employee was courteous & said he’d contact the warehouse. I opened the other box & discovered it also lacked the piece I thought was missing. Fortunately, I checked the assembly instructions again and realized only one of the pieces was needed rather than two as I had thought. I immediately called your shop to tell them of my error & that the chairs had all the required parts. I apologized & your employee was more than courteous. I’ll definitely tell my friends about your website.

The swing you delivered is not the same as in all your pictures of the item. Your packaging of the swing was a complete mess, although there was no visible damage. Ive decided to keep the swing. Because of the faulty packaging Im not going to return the swing and get accessed the shipping charges for any damage that might occur in the return shipping. You are still showing the swing that is the incorrect one that you shipped to me. I m very dissatisfied with your false and misleading ad.

Lights are exactly the right number and color we needed for our project. Light set is made well with a locking clip on each bulb to hold it in place.

Great find but was disappointed. Ordered two sets and one was off white in color. It will be quite noticeable if placed together on the same tree was intended. Will have to use on two smaller trees. Speedy delivery though; received well before estimated delivery date.

Amazingly, this small family owned business saw my review below here and issued a full refund with no return of product as well as a discount toward a future purchase. Wow! Businesses make mistakes, but this one went above and beyond to make it right. They have my future business for sure as well as my gratitude that they care.
Purchased 2 different solar lighthouses and both had obviously been purchased by someone else and returned. One solar does not light up or spin and the other is so dim it's worthless. We use them as decoration at our Koi pond that has Florida sun all day until sunset, so I did not bother to return or contact Customer Service.
